The theme of the Museum is 'Communism- the Dream, the Reality, and the Nightmare' and visitors will be treated to a fully immersive experience. Impressive factories, a historical schoolroom, an Interrogation Room, or the video clips in our Television Time Machine are all part of the experience. [Review] This most visited museum captures the long history of Jewish settlement in Prague and in the Czech Republic. For one entrance ticket, visitors see five synagogues and a cemetery: the Maisel Synagogue, Spanish Synagogue, Pinkas Synagogue, Klausen Synagogue, Old Jewish Cemetery and Ceremonial Hall.
The Old New Synagogue (separate ticket), one of the oldest synagogues in Europe, can only be seen from the outside since Jewish ceremonies are regularly held there. All of these buildings, the remainders of a Jewish settlement in Prague, are located within walking distance from one another.
If you have to choose one museum to go to, pick this one and skip everything else. It is worth the money.

When Mozart lived in Prague; he spent his time in Dusek's villa. This is the place where Mozart completed the famous opera "Don Giovanni" and conducted it for the first time. Prior to Prague, Mozart performed "The Marriage of Figaro" in Vienna and did not gather positive reviews from the critical Viennese audience. But in Prague, he found what he looked for, "My Praguers understand me." Today, the village becomes a popular Mozart's museum and concert hall.
