Vietnam is hot for Czech investors

Here is why:
- Agreement between two countries preventing double taxation.
- Vietnamese government’s protection of Czech investment.
- Fakes are not produced in Vietnam compared to China although they can be bought fairly easily by crossing the China border which is only 3 hours away from Ha Noi.
- Easy to register a patent or trademark.
- The Vietnamese government imposes high import tax on markets of Vietnamese made brands to support domestic production.
- Favorable weather condition for assembly line operation.
- Little difficulty in hiring Czech-speaking work force. Less bureaucracy compared to India.
- Transport Infrastructure and energy industry look promising.
